Subscription cancellation

Customers may cancel a subscription through the customer portal or payment provider. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

Refund requests may be submitted to billing@vidrick.ai within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Vidrick will review requests based on product access, technical problems, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

Mandatory consumer refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Trials

When a trial converts to a paid plan, the checkout flow must clearly disclose the trial length, conversion date, price, and cancellation method.

Technical issues

Customers should contact support and provide relevant diagnostic information. Vidrick may offer troubleshooting, an update, an extension, account credit, or a refund as appropriate.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Vidrick before initiating a chargeback so billing or technical issues can be investigated.
